The Strategic Partner Program (SPP) of the Association for Professionals in Infection
Control and Epidemiology (APIC) acts as a framework for industry partners in infection
prevention to support APIC in its mission in a visible and transparent way. The program
advances the vision of health care without infection shared by both APIC and its strategic
partners. Participation by industry partners in the SPP signals their commitment to
APIC, infection preventionists (IPs), and the field of infection prevention and control.
